Shipping policy
We ship to all of Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) via DHL, delivered by Correos.
We ship to all of Portugal, except the Azores.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method (Warenpost or parcel), total weight, and dimensions/volume of the order.
1. Warenpost (for small shipments without tracking)
Requirement: Max. weight 700 g and maximum package dimensions/volume (max. 35 × 25 × 8 cm)
- up to 300 g: €3.90
- up to 700 g: €4.90
2. Parcel shipping (with tracking)
- Standard parcel: €5.90
- Parcel (if Warenpost option is available): €6.90
Information on Taxes and Customs
- Deliveries within the EU (incl. mainland Spain, Balearic Islands & mainland Portugal): All stated prices include statutory VAT. Within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import fees apply.
- Deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, UK): For deliveries outside the EU, prices are displayed exclusive of local taxes. Additional customs duties, import taxes, and carrier handling fees may apply and are payable directly by the recipient to the local authorities.
- Shipping to the USA: Shipping to the USA is currently unavailable.
